Tomorrow is a special day for Faith Baptist Church, we will be celebrating it’s seventh anniversary! Pastor Matías and the church family has been planning for this special event, and we know it will be a wonderful day tomorrow! These events remind us to look back and see the goodness of God through the years. I think back on people who have been saved, baptized, and discipled at Faith Baptist Church, I think back to some who were members of the church, but have since passed away, and are in the presence of our Savior, I think back on the good times and the hard times through the years and I come to the precious conclusion that through it all God has been faithful and so good to us! We are excited about this special day! Please pray for Faith Baptist Church as they continue to push forward and for Pastor Matías has he helps guide the church!

Celebrating Anniversaries and Advancing the Gospel

We had a packed schedule in March, with the arrival of missionaries Robbie and Lauren Prater, who will be doing their language school and cultural acquisition with us, we also had another couple married at Faith Baptist Church, and we started the next semester of the Bible College with seven students! On March 25, we celebrated eight years in Argentina! God has been so good to us over the past eight years! We have seen people saved, baptized and discipled, we are seeing men trained for the ministry, God has been faithful through it all!

This month we will be celebrating the seventh anniversary of Faith Baptist Church in Lanús. Pastor Matías is doing a great job leading the church and we look forward to being a part of their anniversary service! We also are continuing the work at Hope Baptist Church, this month, we started a weekly outreach program and the Lord is honoring our efforts with first time visitors! We also began our small group Sunday School classes with two separate classes! One of the big projects we have taken on in both churches is to revamp our discipleship program, we have worked through everything and will now be implementing the new program, especially in Hope Baptist Church! Great things are going on at both churches, thank you for your faithful prayers and support!

We are excited about our Easter services this year! It all starts tonight with our Friday Night special service. At Faith Baptist Church, Eric will be preaching the Bible message. At Hope Baptist Church, we will be focusing on why Jesus died on the cross. We have invited others and believe we will have visitors to this special service. On Saturday, we will have our evangelism and youth services at both churches. On Sunday we will have our special resurrection day service. Pastor Matías will be preaching at Faith Baptist Church and I will be preaching at Hope Baptist Church. There is a lot going on and we are honored to be serving our Savior! Please pray for each of these special services in both Faith and Hope!

Salvation, Baptisms, and Weddings

We had a very busy February and we are grateful for how the Lord is working in the ministry. Samuel has been visiting Hope Baptist Church for a few weeks, after preaching a message on salvation, he called me the following day and we talked about the message. The following week he accepted Jesus as Savior! We also had four baptisms this month, two at Faith Baptist Church and two at Hope Baptist Church. We also had a very special day at Faith Baptist Church, Eric and Sofi got married on February 10, they met at the church, they got to know each other there and have served the Lord together in the music ministry. We are thrilled to see how God has brought them together! Please pray for them as they begin their a new life together!

We have another special wedding in March at Faith Baptist Church! Diego and Xoana met years ago but were recently saved, and they want to honor God with their lives, they will be getting married on March 15! We are excited for them! We also start back with the Bible College this month, the guys who are studying for the ministry are serving and directing specific ministries, they are faithful and continue to grown. God is at work at both Faith Baptist Church and Hope Baptist Church. Thank you for praying for the ministry God has given us!
