The Church’s First Mission Conference

October was a very busy month with our Mother’s Day Service, a special Pastor’s Fellowship, a Ladies Conference that had Leslie as a keynote speaker, a young man name Leo put his faith in Jesus as Savior, and we had several visitors at Hope Baptist Church! Our Bible Classes in both churches are going strong and is a highlight of the week for many who attend! 

Hope Baptist Church will have her first ever mission conference. This is something brand new for the believers there, and we will be presenting the importance of being a church with a world evangelism focus. The church will start supporting a missionary in the coming weeks! This is a big step for the church and something that the members have never done before. During the conference we will be teaching on the need and also how the church can be a part of meeting that need. Please pray for Hope Baptist Church. Faith Baptist Church will also have their annual mission conference this month, they already faithfully support two missionaries, and Pastor Matías has a great desire to support more! 

The ministry is growing, people are receiving Jesus as Savior, Christians are growing, and the devil is attacking, but we know that Jesus has already won the battle!
