Today was an incredible day. We had a carnival to celebrate Kid’s Day (it is an actual celebrated day in Argentina). The day started out with a thunderstorm but after a few hours the storm passed. We had several families visit the church and we are praying that many return tomorrow! We also saw our church rise up and help serve in all of the different booths we had, setting up, cooking, and taking everything down to prepare for the services tomorrow. Our partners in the ministry, the Jason King family, worked very hard to make this event a success, and also help recruit all those who took part in this event to make it a success! It was a great day for everyone involved!
Tomorrow we will celebrate Kid’s Day in the morning service. We will be focusing in on what the Bible says about raising children. In the evening service we will be studying a few principles in the life of Solomon. Thank you for praying for us.
From Friend Day to Kid’s Day
July is winter in Argentina. While it is cold, the church is doing well. We had our Friend Day service in July and the Lord blessed in this special service. Special invitations were handed out and we had visitors. We also were able to start seminary classes with a young man who has surrendered his life to serve Jesus in the ministry. This is exciting to see as the church is growing and the Lord is blessing!
We have a very big day in August. Kid’s Day is a celebrated day in Argentina and we are planning a very big day in our church, in fact, we will be shutting down the traffic on our block to facilitate the special event! We will have special invitations to hand out and we are praying for a great day!
We will also have our missions director with us at the end of the month. He will be preaching and teaching in our church. Thank you for praying for us as we continue to serve Jesus in Argentina.

Prayer Requests
Each month we have a special theme. This month’s theme is spiritual growth. Tomorrow we will be studying what the Bible says about growing spiritually. After the morning service I will be working with one of the young men who has surrendered His life to preach the Gospel. After the evening service we will have a special fellowship with those attending the church. We are praying for two great services!
We are looking at a few great opportunities that will expand our ministry into the community. Please be praying as we press forward in all that we are trying to do for Jesus!
