New Discipleship Relationships and a Couples Fellowship
The highlight of June was the fourth anniversary of Hope Baptist Church. We enjoyed the special services and the fellowship that followed. Over the past four years, we have seen people saved, baptized, and discipled. The church continues to grow, and it is a testimony of God’s faithfulness and goodness.
We also had a great turnout for our Father’s Day service, which began with a “Pancakes with Dad” breakfast. The church family enjoyed the special time of fellowship before the morning service. In addition, we completed another semester of Bible College classes, which are scheduled to resume in August. We also started two new one-on-one discipleship relationships and are hoping to begin a third in the coming month.
One of the events I am most looking forward to in July is our couples fellowship. This fellowship will provide an opportunity to encourage and strengthen the couples in the church. We will also be holding a special Argentine Independence Day service on July 12. We are trusting God to bless the day in a special way.
At the end of the month, we will observe the Lord’s Supper. Pastor Brian will be leading the ordinance for the first time, pray for him as he continues to grow and to serve the church family.
In Christ,
Patrick, Leslie, Lily, Piper, Ivy, and Isla Henry
